How It Started
MediRevv is a healthcare revenue cycle management company who was experiencing tremendous growth, even landing on the Inc. 5000’s list of fastest growing private companies. Within two years MediRevv had outgrown their 18,000 square foot building and were back to the drawing board to design a second building right next door.
The executive team knew there were some environmental, aesthetic, and workflow issues that they didn’t want to duplicate in their new building. They knew they had missed a tremendous opportunity to better support their employees in their first space.
The company prides themselves on nurturing a culture of innovation yet uncovered numerous ways that space and operational issues hindered those goals.
