How It All Works
The kôr Process is similar to visiting a doctor when you are sick. You typically have a list of symptoms, but no clear direction on how they can be fixed, or how soon it can be fixed.
Using the example above, we act as the doctor by examining your company, employees, and facility. Our goal is to use various forms of testing and data collection to ensure we are treating the correct issues in your company.
This process will give you and your team confidence that you are making the correct decisions when optimizing your space.

What You Can Expect
Step 1
Document Symptoms
Our team will begin by evaluating the organization and document the full list of symptoms you are experiencing.
This list of symptoms will guide our team on what testing is required for us to validate the overall problems.
Step 2
Begin Testing
Once we have compiled the list of issues your company is experiencing, we will begin targeted data collection.
This data collection includes your company and its culture, your employees and how they work, and your facilities. This will give us the hard data we need to diagnose the larger issues the company is experiencing.
Step 3
Develop the Diagnosis
Once all of our testing has been completed and the information is compiled, we will analyze the data.
This data analysis will help us determine which issues are causing the most distress in your company. Additionally, it will give us concrete information to base all of our future decisions on.
Step 4
Develop a Plan of Action
Once the diagnosis has been completed we will share our findings with you and your team.
These findings will explain how severe some issues may be and which items need to be addressed immediately.
This roadmap will guide your company on what steps to take and which order to achieve the best possible outcome.
Step 5
Advisement
While following the roadmap, you may run into issues and need help with the execution.

Yearly Check-In
We recommend all of our clients complete another round of testing each year to ensure progress is being made and the company objectives are being accomplished as desired.
